Morris was only 12 years old when he went to London's Speakeasy club to photograph Bob Marley. Marley later asked Dennis to photograph him and hte Wailers on tour. The two became friends and Morris photographed Marley for the next ten years until his death in 1981. This book, a personal tribute to the great performer and shaman gives us an unprecendented insight into the live of Marley on the road and at home. Includes over 150 unpublished photographs.

Dennis Morris was only fourteen years old when he was invited by Marley to start taking pictures of him and the Wailers. He has since become one of the leading photographers in his field. He is regularly commissioned to photograph world famous artists with recent subjects including the Prodigy, U2, and Marianne Faithfull. His photographs of the Sex Pistols are celebrated classics.
