About the Author
Dr Hambly has worked as a general practitioner in Canada and Britain. He has studied the relationship between physical symptoms and emotional problems in detail.
Alice Muir is a psychologist who has also written about stress. Both authors run the Stress Education Services, Ayrshire, which offers life skills coaching for lay people and health professionals.
