Grade 3-6 These two books contain a total of 20 short programs to help acquaint youngsters with the Apple IIe computer. Pictures introduces the world of character, low-resolution and high-resolution graphics. Most of the programs are ten lines or less, so youngsters can easily type them. Puzzles includes programs to play magic squares and hangman and help break codes. These programs are slightly longer, but still are easy enough for youngsters to type. Each book contains a section which explains additions that will liven up the programs and a well-done glossary. JT
