Synopsis
This volume introduces readers to the methodology of dynamic systems analysis, using mathematical modelling techniques as an aid to understanding biological phenomena. It creates an ability to appreciate current medical and biological literature, in which mathematical models are being used with increasing frequency, and provides an introduction to the more advanced techniques of systems science.
