About the Author

Dale A. Grote has a B.A. in Classics from Cornell College, a Masters in Greek from the University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is on the faculty at UNC Charlotte, where he is currently the Program Director of the Masters of Liberal Studies.

Dale A. Grote has published articles on Plato, Sophocles, and Aristotle's Poetics.
