About the Author
Jay Christofferson is a licensed contractor and professor of Construction Management at Brigham Young University, where he is associate director of the School of Technology. A Home Builders Institute Outstanding Educator, he is a frequent speaker at the International Builders Show. He developed the popular EstimatorPROTM Excel®-based estimating program for builders and remodelers.
