Discover how to use change as a gateway to greater personal and spiritual growth. Brumet weaves together strands of psychology, Eastern and Western mysticism, Bible interpretation, and personal stories as he gently guides you into new beginnings.

Anxiety, fear, despair, and hopelessness are just a few of the reactions to the changes that accompany us on our life's pilgrimage. Brumet, a Unity minister, charts a path through life's most difficult transitions by combining wisdom from the Bible, Carl Jung, and Eastern religious traditions. The author believes that change may be used positively as an avenue to greater spiritual awareness. While Brumet's emphasis on the life-enhancing character of the difficult transitions we daily face is a message that needs hearing, his meaning is masked in the tired language of popular psychospirituality. Libraries have plenty of these kinds of self-help manuals already. Not recommended.
