Mark L. Crossley has over twenty years experience working and teaching in the field of quality improvement. His credentials include certifications from the American Society for Quality as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), a Reliability Engineer (CRE), a Quality Auditor (CQA), and a R.A.B. Certified Lead Assessor (LA-QS). He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) having met the requirements of the Institute of Management Consultants. Mr. Crossley holds a BS in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina and a MS in Quality Assurance from California State University.
