About the Author
Jeanne Ketola is the CEO of Pathway Consulting, Inc. and has more than 20 years of business experience as a manager, consultant, trainer, and third party auditor in a variety of industries including retail, printing, plastics, and manufacturing.
Kathy Roberts is the CEO of The BlueWater Group, Inc. and has extensive experience in industries including automotive, medical, electronics, industrial paper, and aerospace. Both Ketola and Roberts have written many articles on the topic of ISO 9000, which have appeared in Quality Progress and Quality Digest.
