About the Author

Dr. Jack B. ReVelle has been a consultant to a broad variety of organizations throughout the world, helping clients to better understand and continuously improve their processes through the use of a broad range of Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools, techniques, and methods. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University. In addition to publishing several books and authoring many award-winning articles, his service in professional associations and with various quality awards is unparalleled. ReVelle has been a judge for the RIT-USA Today Quality Cup, a member of the board of directors for the Arizona Govenor's Awards for Quality, a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and a member of the Award's Council for the California Govenor's Award for Quality.
