He has over 20 years experience in the field and over 10 years experience as a management systems consultant. Kausek has assisted hundreds of companies in the development, deployment and/or evaluation of management systems, including Ford, GM, DaimlerChrysler, Johnson Controls, Detroit Diesel, NSK, Aisin, FedEx, Dana, Masco, and the Detroit Medical Center, to name a few. He provides training in over 30 quality, environmental and health and safety topics through his company and through Eastern Michigan University, Macomb Community College, and the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
