He is a former professor at the University of Southern California and the author of Reducing Crime Through Real Estate Development and Regenerating Older Suburbs. He lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts. David Hamilton is a professor of real estate finance and development at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and the chief operating officer of Geobarns. He lives in Middlebury, Vermont.
