Daniel Rose is the chairman of Rose Associates, Inc. and the recipient of many of the real estate industry’s most notable awards, including the American Society of Real Estate Counselors’ James E. Landauer Award, the Building Owners and Managers Association Award for Community Service, the Urban Land Institute’s Award for Excellence, and the New York Building Congress’ Rudin Award for Service to New York City. He is a former expert advisor to the secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and a former consultant to the commissioner of education of the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.
