From the Publisher

What would it be like to live without fear? Anxiety is a natural, normal emotion that helps us deal with everyday stress. But for millions of people, anxiety is out of control -- causing phobias and panic attacks that can take the joy out of life . . . sometimes even causing physical symptoms such as upset stomach, hyperventilation, and chest pain.

Dr. Chrisopher J. McCullough, a specialist in the treatment of anxiety, and writer Robert Woods Mann offer a simple self-care program that frees the mind and stops the suffering. You can feel calm, confident and in control again -- with Managing Your Anxiety.
