About the Author

Peter Roche de Coppens was born in Vevey, Switzerland.  He has studied with Pitirim Sorokin of Harvard University and was trained in Psychosynthesis by Roberto Assagioli of Florence, Italy.

He practices psychothrapy using personal and transpersonal Psychosynthesis with a particular interest in existential crisis due to psychic and spiritual awakening.  For the last 15 years he has been a professor of Sociology and Anthropology at East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania.
