About the Author

Elizabeth Segal has multiple publications including a social policy textbook, journal articles and is co-editor of the JOURNAL OF POVERTY. Her areas of research and interest include, inequality, social justice and low-income women, children and families. Dr. Segal serves on the CSWE Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression.
