Synopsis

A man stumbles upon a gorgeous, hide-away retreat and spa where angels unwind from their ever-present divine duties. Although "just" a work of fiction, whether or not the many conversations with these glorious angels actually took place, is up to the reader to decide. The author presents a wide range of spiritual teachings through his extremely vibrant characters and from his own experience that are easily understood: profound metaphysical truths that even a child would love to explore. Read this story and hear what the angels have to say!

...Keith Varnum, author and seminar leader, as it appeared in THE DREAM DAILY SUN.

About the Author

Michael Howard, while new to professional writing scene, has had a few pieces published in local publications. These include articles in school newspapers, as well as poetic and humorous contributions to military publications, while he was in the US Air Force.

An avid student of the spiritual, Michael is a voracious reader and can frequently be found attending seminars on various aspects of spiritual growth. His attitude toward personal growth is best summed up in one of his favorite sayings, "If you're not learning, you're not living."

Michael's material draws from a wide range of influences, since he feels that inspiration is not only to be found in the various holy books of the world. This is why you may find a reference to Deepak Chopra on one page and a quote from Yoda on the next.

As a computer professional, Michael brings a new logical approach to his spiritual insights. As a fan of science fiction, he allows his mind to go beyond the accepted catechisms of today. And as a student of truth, he is not afraid to express what he has come to know.

For a commentary that he wrote, Rainy Day World: A Sane Approach to the Middle East, he won Honorable Mention in the Writer's Digest 2000 Writers Competition.
