About the Author

Millicent H. Kellner, PhD, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and certified educational supervisor who has worked with children in mental health, child welfare, and special education settings. Dr. Kellner is presently Project Development Director at CPC Behavioral Healthcare's High Point Schools, Morganville, New Jersey. She has conducted research on special education interventions, published journal articles, and made numerous presentations at professional conferences about teaching anger management skills to at-risk youth.
