James R. Rundell, M.D., is Program Director of the National Capital Area Integrated, Military Psychiatry Residency Program, in Washington, D.C., and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
Michael G. Wise, M.D., is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is also Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
