About the Author

Edward Nersessian, M.D.,is currently Training and Supervising Analyst at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Cornell University Medical College, New York Hospital Medical Center. He is past president of the New York Psychoanalytic Society.

Richard G. Kopff, Jr., M.D.,is currently on the faculty of the New York Psychoanalytic Institute and Assistant Clinical Professor of psychiatry at Cornell University Medical College, New York Hospital Medical Center. He is past president of the Westchester Psychoanalytic Society.
