About the Author
Captain W. DeHaven Porter is a retired check pilot who served as B-747 chief instructor and designated FAA B-747 ATP examiner for one of the world's largest airlines. A lifetime of military, airline and general aviation check flights brings his expertise to this entertaining collection of revealing tips and methods for pilots of every experience level. Captain Porter lives in Colorado with his wife near their two children and four grandchildren.
