Synopsis
The text of this book was prepared from tapes of Michael Esses' live – and lively – teaching sessions at Melodyland Christian Center in Anaheim, California. The reader will find Esses' own literal, scholarly translations – direct from the Hebrew Masoretic text – thoroughly intermingled with his inimitable paraphrases and often hilarious amplification, without the encumbrance of scholarly separation and specific chapter and verse citations. General Scripture references are given at the head of each chapter, however, to guide the reader wishing to consult parallel passages in his own Bible.
