About the Author

Harold Reiter received the PhD IN MATHEMATICS from Clemson University. He is the winner of several teaching and service awards including the Southeastern Section of the MAA Distinguished University Teaching Award and the Paul Erdos Award of the World Federation of National Mathematics Competitions. He has served on the Mathcounts Question Writing Committee, the Educational Testing Service s SAT II Mathematics Committee, and the CLEP Pre-calculus Committee.. His main research interest is combinatorial games.
