The discussion in this book is nicely positioned between the longer technical studies and the shorter jounalistic treatments in periodicals that dominate the literature about the crash. Arbel was a consultant to the Brady Commission and the author of a study of that group's findings published in The Harvard Business Review -- Ed. The narrative is very well done and tightly focused on the main story. Highly recommended, especially for libraries serving the general reader.
