Zucchini is one of the gardens' most prolific plants, but its bounty often leaves gardeners wondering what to do with the fruit, other than hiding them in unsuspecting neighbours' cars and mailboxes. Master Chef John Butler presents 100 fresh ways to use zucchini, from appetizers to main dishes, breads and biscuits, sweet treats and more.

About the Author:
John Butler was a Master Chef who won awards and participated in culinary "star" teams in numerous international events. His recent cookbook was a phenomenal seller, with pre-publication orders of more than 100,000 copies. Lois Hole, born in Buchanan, Saskatchewan, was a best-selling author, politician, entrepreneur, and an avid gardener. She was Chancellor of the University of Alberta from 1998 to 2000 and Lieutenant Governor of Alberta from February 10, 2000 until her death in 2005.
Review:
".puts the modest green vegetable firmly in the limelight..." Sally Johnston, Edmonton Sun

".destined to become a well-used addition to any cook's library." Judy Schultz, Edmonton Journal

"Every now and then I come across a cookbook that should be required reading for any cook with a home garden. Zucchini: You Can Never Have Enough is one of them. If you've planted even one zucchini plant in your back garden this summer, this is the guide you need for putting the voluminous amounts of this vegetable you're about to harvest to excellent use." Farmer's Independent Weekly, August 2004

"This is a gem of a book - especially for those who have zucchini in abundance and don't know what to do with it all!" Kieran Leblanc, 5 stars on Goodreads
