Hardcover. Condition: Good+. Dust Jacket Condition: Good+. Reprint. Oblong hardcover copy- maroon cloth covers with gold lettering on spine in color illustrated dust jacket. The dust jacket is in good condition with some scuffing and soiling, particularly to the rear panel, which has a white background. The front panel is still quite attractive. The contents are tight and clean. The first 20 or so pages are a bit wavy, noticeable on the versos. Perhaps caused at the binders. This title consists of 15 in-depth chapters, two appendices. 773 illustrations, 40 of which are in color. It contains previously unpublished photographs, drawings and information.
