Hardcover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This is #90 of 100 copies of the First Edition that were numbered. This volume has a dark blue leather spine covering with gilt lettering and cloth covered boards. There are 428 pages to this volume. The page count does not include the sections with black-and-white images. I believe this volume initially had a slip case which is not now present. Additionally, there seems to be a faint red line that is about three inches long one quarter inch up from the bottom edge of the front board. The bottom spine end also shows two small spots where the blue dye of the leather has worn away. There are no marks internally to this volume, the gutters are intact, and there are no library marks nor previous owner's identifying marks included in this volume. Seller Inventory # Sp509
