REVIEW1: This textbook will be of great interest to ergonomists who work with persons who use computers daily. It will also be of great interest to employees since it deconstructs the myth that computer-related injuries are caused only by repetitive motion or inappropriate ergonomicsThe detailed, sequential instructions on how to use a single-channel surface electromyography within a systems perspective in the workplace allows individuals to become aware (the first step in prevention) and to develop skills to mobilize their health. It is a necessary and required book for the clinicians as well as anyone who is interested in avoiding computer related injuriesThe well-structured practices in this book are an excellent prescription for prevention and health REVIEW1_SOURCE: Gabe E.
