From the Author:
The Power of Harmony began on the playground of my elementary school when I was about 8 years old. Certain kids were singled out to be the victims of the "Germ" game; they were treated as infectious diseases to be avoided. I was horrified at the time, but not brave enough to speak up in their defence. In this novel, I helped Jenn Parsons develop the necessary courage to stand up for her new friend, Melody, and they become singing duet partners as well as best friends. There's a lot of me in this book, and I'm so happy to have it between covers! Thanks for reading:)
