Developed from a series of short courses at UCLA extension. Describes specific techniques by which practicing engineers and scientists can bridge theory and application in designing high-performance tracking and surveillance radar systems, primarily for military use. Reviews the recent literature, and introduces newly developed algorithms to solve practical problems.
