About the Author

Kenneth Durham is co-founder and managing partner of the Quantum Institute, an executive training, publishing, and process consulting company. He was previously president of an engineering design qualification and quality assurance management firm serving the industrial manufacturing, service, and distribution industries. He holds an M.B.A from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Bruce Kennedy is president and co-founder of the Quantum Institute, and vice-president and co-founder of Quality International, LLP, and has consulted with over 40 firms in the past four years. Prior to this, he was vice president of T H Hill Associates, Inc. and has held management positions in three FORTUNE 500 corporations.
