Leo A. Wrobel, Jr. is president and CEO of Premiere Network Services, in Dallas, Texas. He holds degrees in telecommunications systems technology, electronic systems technology, and business and public policy. He has over 20 years of experience in areas including the design and regulatory approval for the largest and most technologically advanced telecommunications network in North Texas. The author of nine books and dozens of articles, Mr. Wrobel is a recognized technological futurist. He is currently mayor for the City of Ovilla, Texas.
