For over 20 years now, we have devoted our life's work to helping individuals in organizations achieve positive change for themselves and their people. We have also shared a dream to create a body of work that would contribute to the development of future leaders. Thus came the idea for "Learning Journeys."

This book was inspired from our collaboration with a group of business-book authors and consultants called the "Learning Network," who meet once a year to learn from one another and configure ways to "give back" to society.

In the course of our work together we have often asked ourselves, "Why is it that certain individuals achieve the success they desire and become great mentors & leaders, while others never reach their full potential?"
