In CAPITALIZING ON CONFLICT, authors Kirk Blackard and James Gibson, who combine experience as attorneys, mediators, educators, and business leaders, demonstrate that effective conflict management involves more than just solving problems. This management undertaking requires disciplined actions integrated into an organization's daily systems and processes.
