Synopsis

NOW, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO LAUNCH AN EFFECTIVE SMALL GROUP MINISTRY IN ONE VOLUME!

Small groups form an integral part of any healthy and growing church. Not only do they allow members to build quality relationships, but they provide a perfect opportunity for introducing family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Jesus Christ outside of a formal church setting.

And nothing is more vital to the success of a small group than its leadership. Now, with The Small Group Leaders Training Course, you have all tools you need to help your leaders develop good communication skills, identify their own unique leadership styles and then refine them for maximum effectiveness.

Several training methods are employed in this course (lecture, small group practice sessions, and relationship-building exercises), so participants will receive practical, hands-on experience. And prior skills training experience isn't even required-everything you need is provided in this Trainer's Manual.

The Small Group Leaders Training Course can be taught either in five two-hour evening sessions, or in a weekend clinic (Friday night and all day Saturday). And it includes all the necessary forms and ideas for the ongoing management of a small group program, and for effectively publicizing groups in your church.

So whether you've already got a small group ministry in place that you'd like to fine tune, or you're still in the process of planning for one, The Small Group Leader's Training Course will prove an invaluable launching pad.

This Training Manual reflects hundreds of hours of research into the best work done in the field of small groups. When used in the proper setting along with the Participant's Manual, it will provide fun, fellowship, and friendship-building opportunities, as well as a solid understanding of effective leadership.
