Reviews

Colonel Jo B. Rusin, U.S. Army (Ret.), knows what it means to be a pioneer. When she commanded a brigade during Desert Storm, she became the most senior woman ever to have led in battle. Rusin originally intended her book, Move to the Front: A Guide to Success for the Working Woman, to provide guidance to other women soldiers, but she knew its message would be valuable for women in the battlefield of the workplace, and indeed it is. Following her first piece of advice "don't be afraid" Rusin guides the reader through the straight and narrow of the martial trenches, though each of her military examples illustrates what women can do to succeed in any job anywhere.
