About the Author

A native Californian, Scarlett Rose has been quilting since 1976. She began teaching in 1986 and travels worldwide. Scarlett has written two books on Celtic applique and has a line of patterns featuring Celtic applique, paper piecing, traditional patchwork, regular appliqué designs and Celtic cross stitch charts. She also designs Celtic full line stencils for quilters and crafters.

Scarlett's newest product line features Celtic knotwork designs preprinted on fabric, ready for sashiko (running stitch) or decorative embroidery stitching. These Celtic designs are from her Legend of Merlin series.
