Synopsis
Reissue bound in blue cloth. 8 1/2" x 11 1/2" hardcover is in very good condition in a very good dust jacket. The upper right front corner has been bumped leaving a diagonal 3 1/2" wrinkle in the cloth. Slight spine lean. Rubs to the corners and spine tips. The dust jacket has small frays to its spine tips and corners. Rubbing along its edges.
