Dr. Donald F. Staffo is a professor and chairman of the Department of Health and Physical Education at Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He has taught at the college level for the past 27 years where he has taught a tumbling skills class to physical education majors. He earned his B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Brockport, M.A. from Western Kentucky University, and his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He is the author of seven books and more than 120 publications in professional journals. He has also written over 1600 articles on physical education and sports in newstand magazines.
