Arlyne Geschwender, CRB, GRI, LTG, has real estate experience from practically all aspects of the profession. From being a salesperson, to a broker-owner of a real estate firm, and later as a developer of raw land into a unique cluster housing site, she brings practical experience to the textbooks she writes. As an educator, Geschwender started the Randall School of Real Estate, now one of the largest real estate schools in Nebraska known for its reputation of quality education. She has written several courses for the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
