From the Author

As a physical therapist, I first started teaching patients classes to augment our therapy so they could find long term relief from their jaw, neck and back pain. I have been passionate about educating patients ever since. I am heartbroken when I work with people, especially teenagers, who have already worn down 60-80% of their jaw joints. There is no good joint replacement. I felt compelled to get this information out to the general public hoping it might ease the suffering and stem the tide of those with irreversible damage and shattered lives. I spent 2 years updating my research to provide the most up to date, research based information I could provide. My website has many helpful tools as well. I will also donate a percentage of my royalties to help with research and awareness. This book is my gift to each of you for a happier, healthier life.
