Hardcover. Second Edition (1993), Revised & Enlarged. Very Near Fine in Fine DJ: The Book shows only minute indications of use: shows the faintest smudging to the fore-edge; the binding is ever so slightly cocked, but remains perfectly secure; the text is clean. Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of underlining, hi-lighting, notations, or marginalia. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. A handsome, nearly-new copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing a structural flaw and a single unobtrusive cosmetic flaw. Bright and Clean. Corners sharp. Very close to 'As New'. After more than twenty-five years, still has that pleasant "New Book' scent. The DJ is flawless; unclipped; mylar-protected. Virtually 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 4to. (10.3 x 7.3 x 1.7 inches). xvi, 621 pages. Foreward by Gary E. Schwartz. Language: English. Weight: 3 pounds, 1.4 ounces. Hardback with DJ. Second Edition (1993), Revised & Enlarged.
