Hardcover. Condition: As New. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. xix + 556 pp. Red cloth, gilt titles. Book is as new in all respects. It shows no wear, no defects, and is pristine. The DJ, unfortunately, has been wrinkled and has several tears on the front, which have been closed with archival repair tape. The jacket is now presentable and serviceable, if not beautiful. Original errata sheet laid in, 4 page addenda and corrigenda laid in, and the corrected page 287 is present and laid in. These three items are often missing from other copies.
