Kilroy Is here is a piece of fiction in three bits. The first is about a man with an aspidistra growing out of his back; the second about Kilroy, the use Felix Grunt finds for him and the relationship of this action to Felicity's confinement within the oildrum; the third is about the resulting statue in the public square. Put another way, it is about the role of the petty bourgeoisie, the class struggle and other such matters. More or less a comic novelle.
