Book is in unread condition but not new/mint - has corner/edge/surface wear, impressions, marks and creases to cover on front and back from storage over the past 40 years. Plus back cover is creased vertically through the center. Again, over 50 of this title has been sold in factory sealed/mint condition for as high as $100 ea. Once gone, it's truly gone for good!
