Prepare your students to become the next great leaders of this new century!
This innovative program was developed over the past seven years and contains two parts. The Leadership Skills Inventory allows students to assess themsleves in nine key areas of leadership.
The Leadership Manual provides 125 exciting instructional activities designed to help young people enhance their leadership potential in each specific area. These activities are not easy for a teacher or leader to organize, and most do not require any special materials.
The Leadership Skills Inventory can also be re-administered to measure leadership growth.

About the Author
Dr. Karnes is Professor of Special Education and Director of The Center for Gifted Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is the former president of The Association for the Gifted. Dr. Chauvin is Professor of Education and Counseling at Loyola University in New Orleans.
