James T. Webb, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and founder of SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of Gifted). Janet L. Gore, M.Ed., is a former guidance counselor, administrator, and teacher of gifted students. Arlene R. DeVries, M.S.E., is a frequent gifted conference speaker with 24 years of experience as a gifted/talented program consultant. Edward R.
