At the twin cities of Ojinaga, Mexico and Presidio, Texas, the Rio Conchos meets the Rio Grande at the international border. From its source high in the southern Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the Rio Grande winds its way 900 miles through three states and along the Texas-Mexico border before reaching the confluence at Presidio.
