I have been writing articles and books about casino gambling for over 30 years. When Frank Scoblete first started writing about dice control and the Captain’s and the Arm’s adventures in the late 1980s, I really didn’t believe such a thing was possible. While I respected Frank’s profound knowledge of casino games, I just couldn’t believe someone could control the outcome of his dice rolls.
