Hardcover. Condition: Fair to Good. Dust Jacket Condition: None. Signed and inscribed on the ffep by the author, Helen E. Payne as follows: "With warm regards/Helen E. Payne/"; not personalized to anyone. In addition to the book there is a bookmark type paper about the author. This could have been torn from a dustflap of a dust jacket, I am not sure. An oversized work of 145 pages printed on high quality paper with many color illustrations. Binding is tight and interior of work is clean. The covers are green with sharp black lettering on the spine. Inside both the back & front covers there is age toning. In addition there is wear at the head and tail of the spine and along the edges of the front and back covers and at corners. There is about 2 inches of browning near the spine at the bottom on the front and back cover. This is a good book for reading or research; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box. Signed By the Author. Seller Inventory # 0009679
